Exclusive Official Representation: 24GROUP Investment Company Ltd has been officially appointed by the event organizer, Terrapinn Middle East, as the exclusive representative to promote the event in Vietnam.
Sole Authority for Vietnamese Delegations: The organizer has granted 24GROUP all relevant rights to coordinate and organize the Vietnamese delegation at all levels, encompassing both public and private sector organizations.
Mandatory Financial & Booking Gateway: To secure your spot, any payments related to exhibition spaces, sponsorships, or delegation participation must be processed exclusively through 24GROUP. They handle these payments directly with Terrapinn Middle East to guarantee the confirmation of your exhibition space.
Dedicated Local Support: With an office located in Ho Chi Minh City, 24GROUP provides a direct, local point of contact (Mr. Jamal Khang) for Vietnamese and Asian businesses. They can assist you in navigating the various participation options, from securing standard Shell Scheme booths or Space Only layouts to upgrading your brand visibility through comprehensive sponsorship package
Currently, the official floor plan and event layout of ArabLab Live 2026 include dedicated national pavilions for countries such as Germany, Spain, South Korea, Turkey, the United Kingdom, Italy, and India.
At this time, there is no indication of a pre-established “Vietnam National Pavilion” within the exhibition layout.
However, Vietnam is officially represented among the 131 participating countries at the event. Instead of a fixed national pavilion, Vietnam’s presence will be organized in the form of an official Vietnamese delegation.
As previously noted, 24GROUP Investment Company Ltd has been officially appointed by Terrapinn Middle East with full authority to establish and organize this delegation at all levels of participation.
